This four hour seminar details the steps taken by Telford Pickleball Centre to set up the first dedicated indoor Pickleball centre in the UK.

Presented by Mike Lynch, owner of Telford Pickleball, the session will include information on:

• Finding and leasing the right building (and landlord);
• Gaining planning permission;
• Sourcing the courts and infrastructure - what you need to get started;
• Finding the right software to run the centre;
• Dealing with health and safety issues;
• Setting up sessions for all playing standards;
• Finding and training your support/coaching team ;
• How to maximise income - cafe, shop, community and business use, etc;
• How the centre made a 35% profit in its first year.

The session cost includes a buffet meal and the opportunity to play on the courts at the centre when we demonstrate how we run a typical group session at the centre.

The session will run from 2pm to 6pm at Telford Pickleball Centre and the cost is £75 per person.
